Who we are

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form we collect your name, email address, company or organisation (if you give it), the service you are interested in, your rough budget (if you give it) and the message you write. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. This is in our legitimate interests, and it is often a step you have asked us to take before entering a contract. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We use Netlify to host this site and to receive your enquiry and deliver it to us by email. Netlify processes that information on our instructions. We may also share information where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we are working together, in which case we keep them for the duration of the work and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and object to how we use it. To do any of these, contact us at xr312s@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed. It sets cookies and collects usage information, and Google acts as our processor for this. It only runs if you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Google may process this information outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
